The mission of the Chandler Men of Action is to create an environment of hope and opportunity for African-American youth. The hope is to develop positive self-esteem and clarify their values on which to build a successful life. Recognizing these strengths will help these young men into the "Right of Passage" of becoming strong influential African-American Men: as to build upon strong traditions to increase knowledge, pride, spirit, and character.
